Is Signal really made in Nigeria?
Yes. Built in Lagos, Nigeria. Designed specifically for African businesses (but works for anyone, anywhere).
Do my designs reset every month?
Your monthly quota resets on the 1st of each month. Designs you've already created stay forever in your library.
Can I use Signal designs commercially?
Yes. Anything you generate is yours to use commercially — on products, ads, websites, anywhere.
What if I run out of designs mid-month?
Upgrade to a higher plan (immediate activation) or wait for the monthly reset. You can also refer friends to earn enough commission for a plan upgrade.
Why does some text in my designs look weird?
AI image models occasionally distort text, especially long phrases. Use shorter text (3-5 words) and click Regenerate if a result has bad text rendering.
Can I edit a design after generating it?
Use Modify to describe a change. Signal doesn't have a traditional drag-and-drop editor — the AI handles all edits via natural language.
How does the referral system work?
Share your unique link. When someone signs up and subscribes, you earn 20% commission. Withdraw anytime above ₦5,000 or $10. See the Refer & Earn guide for full details.
Can I switch between yearly and monthly billing?
Yes. Switching takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All payments processed through PCI-compliant providers (Paystack, LemonSqueezy). Passwords hashed. We never store full card details.
Do you have an API?
Not yet — coming soon. Email support if you have a business case requiring API access.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to account settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data and cancels any active subscription.
What if Signal generates something inappropriate?
Our content filters block inappropriate generations. If something slips through, click the flag icon on the result page — it gets reviewed within 24 hours.
